Rule #1 Be Confident Confidence is key.

I met a girl who was a pretty girl and is the dream of a million men, but because her self-esteem is shot she gets fucked over weekly because she banks on her beauty and her pussy to keep a man yet she is “single” every other week.

Rule #2 Stay maintained to be an option

Always look great, whatever your income. It is mandatory to have your hair and nails done as a grown woman…no excuses. I don’t give a damn if it’s not in the budget. If you stop eating out then it will be in the budget. Please don't do it yourself...we can tell. You have the advantage, you are the woman. Look your best as you could meet a potential anywhere at any time. Funny thing about women is you all aren’t allowed to have bad days in a man’s eyes. Try and stay in shape and involve some fitness regime at a gym or your home. However much you hate it, he loves your body as much as your mind. You have to be hot all the time. When your single you need to look good when you run to the store or going to get gas. Not saying you have to have on make-up. I’m just saying if you have to put on a hat because of a bad hair day make sure it’s a cute hat. I

Rule #3 Fuck at your own risk

The pussy is all you got. Every dude that meets you and wants to engage in getting to know you has one thing on his mind…..pussy. It’s your job to mend the sexual attraction to mental attraction then you lock his ass in. I’m sure at this point you’re thinking I should have used a better word for it, but that’s the word men have come to love and use. Never ever sleep with a guy until he has fallen for you. Sex early in your dating game plan will ruin everything. Now if your grown and horny and you just want to fuck then put it in his life, but just know that’s just what it is. If you don’t have history with him then keep your pussy. This is the #1 killer of dating. Your friend’s circumstances are not yours. Just because she fucked on the first night and they are still together don't mean that shit will work for you. Everything is all good til’ sex gets involved. After sex they start charging you up, stalking your facebook page, sitting outside your house when you get home from the club, and coming to your house drunk late at night with their friends because you didn’t answer your phone. I’m sorry I had a flashback.

Rule #4 Know the signs

If any man shows the slightest signs of possessiveness or insecurity run like the wind. Women refuse to see signs in the beginning because you just so want this dude to be the one. If he ain’t then dammit he ain’t. You know he was a little off when you met him. Everybody you meet will have flaws. The key is to find someone with flaws you can deal with. I can deal with a girl that talks a lot, but I cannot deal with a girl that fucks a lot. And when I say fucks a lot I mean she fucks everybody but me. That’s a flaw I can’t deal with.

Rule #5 Information

Never reveal too much information. An enigmatic woman keeps us thinking. Keep dates brief but your men interested. Less is always more. Never ever talk about previous boyfriends and particularly their prowess in the bedroom. The number of ex boyfriends is your business only. And DO NOT tell him how many dudes you had sex with or the last dude you had sex with. Men use that to gauge a timeframe that they think they can hit that ass. Pretty much keep the convo in general. And keep your drinking to a minimal. Give ya’ll asses two margaritas and you start telling your life story. Honestly, he might be nodding and grinning, but he really doesn’t give a damn.

Rule #6 Availability

Never be too available when he wants you to be. Never be at the end of a phone when he calls and always let him leave a message or two first before replying. Don’t be so damn eager all the time. Men like to be on the chase for a minute. We like it when ya’ll act funny. There is no fun in a game that can be beat easily. If he stops pursuing then he really isn’t worth pursuing. Now if the case is you’re scheduling dates and standing him up or just plain bullshittin’ on your end then its your bad and not his.

Rule #7 Make him spend Make him spend money.

Every time he calls you tryin’ to kick it make his ass take you somewhere. A man’s love is his money and a man’s money is his life. If he takes you out and his intention is just to fuck then you will know when he stops tryin’ to take you out because he has not gotten a return on the money he spent. Now if he is genuine he will take you out and not trip because sex is not his motive. Me personally I like to wait til’ she wants me to have it. The sex is so much better. I’m sorry…..that was T.M.I.

Rule #8 Game Life Game has a lifeline.

Give it a chance to let the game run out. Dudes can only try to impress and run game for so long. After a while his true self shows. Most of ya’ll fuck before the game runs out so when he show himself your disappointed, but it’s your fault not his. Most of ya’ll know these dudes are full of shit from jump. Take responsibility for choosing to be an idiot in hopes of finding love. This shit ain’t a movie. Pretty Woman never happened in real life. Be smart and let the game run out.

Rule #9 Return Policy

Funny thing about men is that we would love to come back around and hit that ass once more for old time sake. Don't fool with him if he just got out of a relationship. It’s called "Rebound Pussy". He gon act like he wants to come back around and do right by you. 99.8% of the time he is lying his ass off. He is emotional and lonely and he wants to be held (Yeah we get weak like that too). The moment something new comes around he gone again. Let him take you out and you pledge his ass. Treat that nigga like he brand new. He gon leave as easy as you let him back in if you don’t pledge him. Make sure your fly when ya’ll go out and make sure you get on your phone and cut the date short. He is gonna assume you left him to see another dude and he ain’t gon sleep right all night. And if it was one of them 2-7+ year relationships you might as well let it go. If he don’t love you by now and ain’t tried to marry you that’s because he not. Don’t waste your time.

Rule # 10 Demand he does you a certain way

You can’t allow yourself to get fucked over. If you don’t hold some kind of standard for yourself then he is gonna set a standard for you and that is never good. Never call or chase a guy. And if he says he been busy that’s a bunch of bullshit. That means your not wassup anymore. Nobody is that busy. Barack Obama has time to love his wife and he is fixing a fucked up economy of a nation. If he doesn't call he is either not interested or interested in somebody else.

Good morning Ladies and Gents..Good day to you..This post will serve as both my Daily Motivation and a "just because" post.

I woke up today in a fabulous mood but something was slightly disturbing my spirit so I decided to blog about it, get it out and let it go, so I can continue to basque in the ambience that is my Good Morning, lol!

I am starting to realize that as I get older and a little more experienced in life, it's so much easier to point out who is meant to and not meant to be in my life. I think I am meeting a lot of people who are phony and/or negative and don't do anything to contribute to the progression of my life. They smile and laugh in your face but are secretly praying for your downfall so that they will have the upper hand...I call these ignorant individuals "decepticons". There individuals can be "friends", associates, family members, boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands and wives...anyone who is in your life and does not have your best interest at heart but acts as if they do..

These people, I think, have underlying self-esteem and security issues and are only happy when they are seemingly doing better than people around them, so instead of doing things to pick up those around them , thet shoot them down, whether it's verbally and through indirect actions. They have no intentions of being your "friend" or supporting any kind of endeavor your are involved in if it doesn't pertain to them.

So lovelies as you go through your normal everyday lives, watch closely who you come in contact with..if you feel anything but positive energy when you surround yourself with that person or person(s) then you need to do an about face, sprint the other way and give that Decepticon the Heave-Ho!!!! lol

Actor Patrick Swayze died today after a 20-month battle with pancreatic cancer his publicist confirmed to ABC News. He was 57.

"Patrick Swayze passed away peacefully today with family at his side after facing the challenges of his illness for the last 20 months," his publicist, Annett Wolf, said in a statement released Monday evening.

Patrick Swayze was famous for his great acting and dancing skills he displayed in movies such as "Ghost" and "Dirty Dancing" which is one of my fave movies!

Choose not to needlessly punish yourself with resentment. Instead, reward yourself with discipline, focus and achievement.

~*~Nita J Philosophy: Healthly Loneliness~Learning and Surviving~*~

So most of you know that I have been single for a little over 2 years after being in unhealthy relationships as well as a broken-off engagement. These last 2 years have been rocky but as I look back on what I have gone through, I am happy and grateful for the lessons I have learned. A good lesson I am learning to except is an idea I like to call "Healthy Loneliness".

I think that a lot of people, men and women, hate the idea of being alone. So much that we tend to put ourselves in unhealthy relationships and situations to disguise the fact that we are lacking what we truly need for ourselves emotionally and even spiritually. Some of us surround ourselves with not-so-good "friends", some of us seek sexual-only relationships for fear of getting emotionally attached and hurt, and some of us just settle for the first man or woman that comes along and enter a relationship just so we don't call ourselves lonely. It's sad but true, and what's even sadder is that sometimes we don't even realize it.

I have always been a true believer that when it comes to love and heartfelt emotion, we as humans react with 3 parts...our mind, our heart and our soul. When all 3 components act in unison, you know that the situation you are in is beautiful, God-sent and meant to be. But what about when they don't mesh?

For instance...you meet a guy..he's nice you have a good time...you're mind says "ok, he's cool", you're heart, being the risk-taker of the 3 says "try it, let's see what happens.." ..but something is your spirit says "i don't know about this one boo boo"...that's your soul telling you that possibly this isn't right..and something is better out there...maybe even your soul mate. Most of the time you're not spiritually and emotionally in tune with yourself, so you won't hear your soul at all, so you miss out on this little warning and just run with it...for fear of being lonely or to fill a void in your life.

Personally I have learned that this period of loneliness for me has been a wonderful experience because as a person I have grown so, so much. I am more in tune with "my star player" and I know what to and what NOT to accept from someone. I am determined not to settle for just anyone, but for someone who speaks to all my key components; mind, heart and soul..and then even my body..but that comes afterwards and is a whole 'nother story. One should seek to reach maximum connection on ALL levels when seeking to replace loneliness with a significant other...not make the mistake of "well...he's cool but i really wish he would be like this..but i don't wanna be alone, so I'll stay" or "well she is really pretty...but i need a women to be this way toward me and she won't..oh well I guess I'll stick around"...

Never settle, my lovelies...you are setting yourself up for spiritual and emotional failure..real talk. You may not see it now or in the near future..but hopefully you will see it. You need to understand that you are a work of art, a masterpiece and you deserve exactly what you THINK you deserve and absolutely nothing less. If you don't understand that then you are not finished growing personally and you should take advantage of that lonely time and build yourself up.. You are no good to your significant other if you are not done analyzing yourself and your own life. You CANNOT TRULY AND UNCONDITIONALLY LOVE SOMEONE IF YOU DON'T LOVE YOURSELF...Therefore you cannot BE in love....which is a whole 'nother level of Love that you won't truly feel or understand..And if you're not truly connected to the point where you can't even begin to GET TO the "In Love" state..then it's time for you to re-evaluate some things.. When you settle for just anything, remember you are closing off that space that's meant for your soul-mate...

This is an EXTREMELY good article I found on the "death" of Hip Hop.

Personally I don't think that Hip Hop is dead, but rather it has either evolved with the times and situations of the artists or it goes unheard because it is drowned out by the "bull-ish-commercial-wack-catchy-anyone can get a deal-garbage over hot beat" type of "music"..Hip Hop is an art and should most definitely be kept alive and preserved...

I had already given up on B.E.T. a long time ago..when I started to notice that they were trying so hard to be like MTV that they we're losing focus of what the station was really about. I have now lost all respect. How do you justify giving Frankie and Neffie there own show???

After watching Keisha Cole's show and seeing the pain and tragedy that this family had endured, I would think that time in the spotlight would be the last thing this family needed. They obviously need serious SERIOUS SERIOUS therapy..and not the on camera bull-ish that we saw...they need HELP!

Now Neffie looks like she has an ounce of sense now but I mean Frankie? I just think it's wrong that B.E.T. is capitalizing off of her radical behavior and calling it entertainment. Dear Diary...

So I went to bed in a funk and woke up in an even bigger one..life really has a way to throw some serious obstacles at you....but hey...that's life.

One of my biggest fears is failure and when I feel like something is about to slow me down and fukk up my flow, I take a detour from my regular route. I try to figure out how to re-work what I go going on so that failure is not an option..I have always been like that..always having a Plan B, C, D, E, and F..that's how you gotta do it sometimes..But last night, I'm not sure what happened...I got hit with an obstacle and before I went to the drawing board to start my plan B, I cried...and just said "Damn, I'm tired of these fukkin' detours...."

..Sometimes your path is not going to be straight and to the point, and you have to realize that whether you like it or not, speed bumps and potholes do exist...You are going to have to hop off that path real quick, analyze it, and re-evaluate what you got going on so that later on down the road, you won't have to be detoured, you'll be able to just hop over the obstacles...

So that's what I'm doing today lovelies...working out my Plan B through Plan Q lol...but you know what? I'm STILL going to remain positive and flash my pearly whites and my 1 dimple..because crying and complaining about it will do nothing but interfere with progression...
